State Senator Jim Oberweis and Batavia Mayor Jeff Schielke Congratulate Radco Industries CEO Michael Damiani on the Grand Opening of the Company’s New Corporate Headquarters and Manufacturing Facility

Batavia Mayor Jeff Schielke and Chamber of Commerce Executive Director Roger Breisch joined Radco Industries’ CEO Michael Damiani in a ribbon cutting ceremony commemorating the official opening at the company’s new headquarters and manufacturing facility. Joining in the celebration were Radco employees and their families, customers and vendors as well as a number of city, county, state and national representatives.

The new facility, located at 700 Kingsland Drive, was needed to accommodate Radco Industries’ rapidly growing business. A global leader in the manufacture of high quality specialty fluids and lubricants for the military, industrial/energy and solar markets, the new Batavia facility will provide over 4,800 sq. ft. of additional office space and significantly expand Radco’s heat transfer fluid manufacturing capacity. While Radco Industries is a long-established supplier to US and other military organizations around the globe, significant growth in the industrial/energy and solar markets continues to raise demand for the company’s XCELTHERM® heat transfer fluids.

The new location places Radco Industries within the Illinois Technology and Research Corridor, one of the principal economic zones in suburban Chicago and home to many companies specializing in research, development, logistics and technology. Radco will also benefit from its new location in a modern industrial park that provides easy access to rail and interstate highways, in addition to a municipally supported, high-capacity electric utility vital to the company’s manufacturing processes.

“The new Batavia headquarters and manufacturing facility marks another important milestone in Radco Industries’ growth,” says CEO Michael Damiani. “The move helps position us to take advantage of expanding domestic and global opportunities, and we appreciate the valuable assistance and warm welcome we’ve received from the City of Batavia and the Chamber of Commerce.”

The new 28,000 square foot Batavia facility is now fully operational. The company also has facilities in nearby LaFox (IL), which are approved for U.S. Military manufacturing and will continue to produce RADCOLUBE® military products.
