We lubed and cleaned 7-8 weapons to include an M9, 1911, a Uzi and others. We then took the weapons to the range and fired about 2000-3000 rounds all together with no issues. They all stayed lubed up. Most impressive was the M9 which we fired 500-600 rounds through without jamming.
I purchased a bottle of Radcolube CLP off of ebay. So far I am impressed. I have a block of steel that I coated one side in BF CLP and the other in radco. The Breakfree seemed to run more under gravity than Radco did. Also the Radcolube shows brush-marks after 5 days, basically it hasn't migrated from where it was applied. Thanks for the heads up with this oil.
I have been using Radcolube CLP exclusively for the past 3 months for cleaning my field shotguns, and I am impressed with not only the cleaning capability but the lubricating properties. I like the way Radcolube CLP lubricates the chokes for easy change out to different sizes. It also protects the shotguns from the variable weather that the seasons bring.
I've been using Radco instead of my usual Breakfree CLP and it seems to clean carbon a little easier than Breakfree.
As one of the formulators for Radco’s new Radcolube CLP, I designed this lubricant not only to exceed the stringent Military CLP specification, but also exceed my lubricant requirements for my own personal firearms.
