XCELTHERM® TLX Cleaner

Posted in Heat Transfer Fluids, System Cleaners and Flushing Fluids.

“Super” cleaning agent for systems with that require removal of heavily degraded fluid that has caused excessive carbon and sludge. This low temperature cleaning leaves the system with a bare metal finish on internal piping in only one day. Drain, flush and refill the system to return it to full efficiency.

XCELTHERM® CLX Cleaner

One step non-hazardous cleaning agent for systems with fouling and other degradation issues. Restores heat transfer and removes degradation material while running production. Add 15% of the system volume and run for up to two weeks at up to 550°F for removing carbon and sludge.

XCELTHERM® FF

An aromatic solvent-based Flushing fluid for wash out of moderately sludged or viscous systems. Designed for and highly compatible with most other synthetic aromatic based heat transfer fluids including Dowtherm A but with maximum operation design up to 650 F/ 345 C. Fluid is designed for full system flush and production can be run for a week or more before draining.
